Ketha ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Ketha mobile application ("App").

Ketha is a crop tracking diary. It helps you organise and schedule your growing activities. It does not provide agricultural advice, farming instruction, or expert guidance of any kind.

Your data is stored securely in Google Cloud Firestore with access restricted to your account only. We use Firebase Authentication to ensure only you can access your crop data. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated crop data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at info@terceleye.com.

Ketha is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
