This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once you delete your account, all your crop data, templates, and account information will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
How to delete your account
Make sure you are signed in to the account you want to delete.
Tap the Profile icon in the bottom-right corner of the app.
Scroll down past Sign Out to find the Delete Account option.
Delete AccountA confirmation dialog will appear. Read the warning, then tap Delete Account to confirm. You cannot undo this step.
Your account will be deleted immediately and you will be signed out. All data is permanently removed within 30 days.
If you are unable to sign in or access the app to delete your account, you can request deletion by emailing us at info@terceleye.com from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
