Privacy Policy

Ketha ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Ketha mobile application ("App").

Ketha is a crop tracking diary. It helps you organise and schedule your growing activities. It does not provide agricultural advice, farming instruction, or expert guidance of any kind.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the App:

• Account information: Your email address and display name, provided when you register or sign in with Google or Apple.
• Crop data: The plant templates, batch records, sow dates, and labels you create within the App. This data belongs to you.
• Device information: Your device's Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token, used solely to deliver push notifications you have opted into.
• Usage data: Anonymous, aggregated analytics to help us improve the App (e.g. crash reports). This data cannot identify you personally.
• Timezone: Your device timezone, used to schedule daily notification digests at the correct local time.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To store and sync your crop data across devices
• To send push notifications you have requested (daily digest and urgent alerts)
• To process in-app subscription payments via Apple App Store or Google Play
• To improve the App through anonymous analytics

We do not use your information for advertising targeting, profiling, or sale to third parties.

3. Advertising

The free tier of Ketha displays rewarded video advertisements via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect certain device identifiers in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. You can limit ad personalisation through your device settings. Premium subscribers see no advertisements.

4. Third-Party Services

Ketha uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, Firestore database, Cloud Messaging — Firebase Privacy
• Google AdMob: Advertising (free tier only) — Google Privacy Policy
• Apple App Store / Google Play: In-app subscription billing — governed by Apple and Google's respective privacy policies

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely in Google Cloud Firestore with access restricted to your account only. We use Firebase Authentication to ensure only you can access your crop data. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated crop data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at info@terceleye.com.

7. Children's Privacy

Ketha is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Data portability

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
